It’s not in the regular Suntrust Bank, but in the finanacial services.  It took three different people to get my answer.  As long as our money is not  being traded (and it’ not) they say it’s protected by SIPC up to $500,000.  I went to the SIPC website and it’s very encouraging.  I guess it’s okay to relax a little about this.
